We needed a solution that met our specific needs related to rental in the handling sector and, after several demos, blgCloud seemed the best. What particularly won us over were the modern interfaces and the smooth / simple user experience, both on the web version and the mobile version, which is very useful and appreciated by our technicians and sales teams!

The dashboards, which are still evolving, make it effortless to obtain relevant indicators for each métier, as well as a real-time view of information with drill-down capability on each of them. The blg App Store lets us establish connections with our various suppliers, notably with TVH EDI, which facilitates our teams’ work and saves us time in the management of items and orders.
What attracted us most to blg is the openness of its solution and the different possibilities this offers. For example, this openness made it possible to connect to our existing Sage accounting software within the group with minimal technical effort (off-the-shelf connector). Deployment of the blgCloud solution at Novelis (in 8 months) went very well, largely thanks to quality support from the sales and delivery teams, as well as the responsiveness of blgCloud support. We now plan to work on deploying the Extranet to open all relevant information to our customers.
