We decided to work with blgCloud for two main reasons after meeting at the Delta Force purchasing group convention: to stop relying on a server and to have a multi-site, multi-company solution that allows better overall management within the group!
We were dependent on a very slow internal server, and in case of a breakdown all activity stopped. The SaaS solution lets us connect from anywhere and easily take over with 4G. If there’s an outage at one site, we can still use the solution at the others. I would say the blgCloud tool is very intuitive while enabling the management of complex issues because it includes many customisable features.
It’s also an evolving tool: we’ve contributed to many improvements from the start and we can see that customers’ requests are listened to and taken into account by the blg teams.
Multi-posting ads to TerreNet and Agriaffaires has also changed the teams’ day-to-day, since you enter ads only once: a real time saver and productivity boost. The outcome is very positive: it makes our daily life easier and we’ve gained in working comfort.
