We got to know blgCloud thanks to our manager, who came up with this solution after a presentation made at Clenet. He quickly identified that the solution could also correspond to our organization. At the time, we were working on another ERP solution, but we had the feeling that the tool was stagnating. We were looking for a solution that could evolve with us. blgCloud offered many possibilities for adaptation, easily integrated accounting, and above all a real vision of the future. Clearly, we made the choice to focus on evolution. What struck us from the start was immediacy. Access to information is fast and fluid, and this allows us today to operate our control levers much more effectively, particularly on a large scale.

Dashboards are a real highlight. Once you know how to use them, they become extremely powerful. They allow precise and structured control. Connectivity is also a major asset: meter readings, geolocation on the Manitou side directly on the machine data sheets... Everything is centralized. The relational logic of the ERP is particularly pleasant: customer file, material sheet, documents, interventions... Everything is connected. Once immersed in the tool, navigation becomes natural.

We also optimized:

• Management of maintenance contracts,
• Overtime and indexation,
• The expertise and control sheets,
• Sharing documents with technicians.

In our opinion, the workflow system is one of the most powerful elements!
Being able to create conditions, use tags, automate suggestions... it has significantly reduced our information loss. Before, we had to think of everything manually. Today, the system accompanies us. Result: a daily productivity gain and a significant improvement in our margin.

We are able to manage all our agencies from a single structure, in a smooth and consistent manner. If we were to recommend blgCloud... What we will highlight is the ability to adapt. With a bit of thought and time, it is possible to model blgCloud according to your profession, or even to create your own modules—for example for training, with dedicated dashboards. blgCloud is not just a standard tool: it is a base that can be developed according to one’s needs. And that’s precisely what allowed us to take a step forward in our organization.
