We started with blg in 2017 following the team meeting at the DLR Congress, which presented the application to us. We quickly saw the advantage of this solution and especially the Cloud, no physical server so no maintenance. We first used the CRM application. Managing customer relations on mobile and managing routes easily thanks to geolocated addresses has changed our daily lives.

The organic and intuitive aspect of the tool convinced us to switch to ERP, and we are satisfied with it. This switch was easy because CRM and ERP are on the same interface: everything is linked!

The instant communication between data and the collaborative aspect are for us the biggest advantage of the blgCloud solution. I have about 17 accounts spread over 4 agencies and the tool allows me to visualize and manage the activity at a moment, I keep in touch with the team without having to go through the office!

Telephone contacts, clients' inventory, dashboards that allow for monthly comparisons... Everything is available!
