At the end of our implementation phase at blgCloud, Marine Faure, Head of Service Delivery at blg, suggested we extend the experience through a six-month personalised support programme. That’s how we discovered the Customer Success Management service – an ideal next step to consolidate what we’d learnt.

Working with Geoffrey, our CSM, has been excellent. Beyond his technical mastery of the tool, he really took the time to understand the specificities of our business.

Despite requests that were at times complex and demanding, Geoffrey never let himself be thrown off balance. He demonstrated a great ability to adapt and find bespoke solutions, where standard ticket-based support would undoubtedly have reached its limits.

What we particularly appreciated about him:

• His commitment: if he didn’t have an immediate answer, he would always get back to us the following week with a solution.

• His efficiency: saving us valuable time on some of our processes.

• His availability: a smooth and open line of communication outside of his role as CSM, whether via chat or by phone.

Thanks to this regular monitoring, we have reached a new milestone in our day-to-day use of the platform:

• Data management: any apprehension about creating or modifying dashboards has disappeared. By following Geoffrey’s method, we have gained real technical confidence.

• Operational peace of mind: in the invoicing department, the team is now completely self-sufficient and finds its own solutions.

• Sales management: updating client pricing is now a smooth process that is managed in-house.

If I had to sum up the CSM service in one word, it would be ‘complementarity’.

It’s an effective support service, essential for boosting productivity and giving teams peace of mind.

I’d recommend this service without hesitation! In fact, I’ve already mentioned it to a company that also works with blg.
